روش نصب

1. شیر متصل شده توسط رزوه لوله با رزوه لوله انتهای لوله متصل می شود. رزوه داخلی می تواند یک رزوه لوله استوانه ای یا یک رزوه لوله مخروطی باشد و رزوه خارجی باید یک رزوه لوله مخروطی باشد.
 
2. The gate valve with internal thread connection is connected to the pipe end, and the length of the external thread of the pipe end needs to be controlled. In order to avoid excessive screwing in the pipe end to press the inner end surface of the pipe thread of the gate valve, the valve seat is deformed and the sealing performance is affected.
 
3. For valves connected with pipe thread, when installing and tightening, the hexagonal or octagonal part of the same end of the thread should be wrenched, and the hexagonal or octagonal part of the other end of the valve should not be wrenched to avoid deformation of the valve.
 
4. فلنج شیر اتصال فلنج و فلنج انتهای لوله نه تنها با مشخصات مطابقت دارد، بلکه با فشار اسمی یکسانی نیز مطابقت دارد.
 
5. هنگامی که در هنگام نصب و راه اندازی شیر قطع و شیر دروازه، میل سوپاپ نشتی پیدا کرد، مهره تراکم را در بسته بندی محکم کنید و توجه داشته باشید که نیروی بیش از حد وارد نشود تا آب نشت نکند.
